Groovery.mid	Internet Composing II submission in standard midi format

Notes:

I composed this addition using a Creative Labs WaveBlaster.
Optimal playback will be achieved using the same card, but it should be
fine with other setups, as long as:

	1. Synth(s) is(are) General Midi
	2. Synth(s) has(have) at least 32-voice polyphony
	   (It'll need it...believe me!)

Echo has been provided for both the Saxophone and Piano leads
by doubling tracks and event "sliding". Hope you like it.

In addition, the bass track has patch changes embedded into it
towards the end, beginning at the "Wrap-Up" marker.
The embedded Bass patches (unseen) are GM "Slap-Bass 1" and
GM "Slap-Bass 2"
It's kinda critical for people who aren't GM-compatable to be
aware of this, or funky things can happen (I tried to do a
playback on my friend's MT-32. Big mistake.)

If you are one of those still living in the dark ages <g>
you can use the above to remap for playback. I suppose one
could always use an event editor to find the buggers and
change them appropriately as well... But as I said before,
listen to it with a GM Wavetable soundcard for the easiest
listen.

Oh yeah, one more thing. If you *do* play this on a soundcard, and
if you've got an F/X chained with it, use a little flange and delay.
Gives it a nice texture.
